Insolvency & FCA Intervention

A SIPP business was so impaired by complaint/claims arisen out of FCA intervention, that it could not survive. Concise took control of directing all FCA communications and was able to introduce a ‘non-adversarial’ Insolvency Practitioner. The principal and staff retained regulatory credibility and reputation. They entered a business structure via our introduction and the principal was able to ensure that client best interests were protected.
